Gran Canaria Airport (LPA) is the busiest airport in the Canary Islands, serving over 10.5 million passengers per year and providing an essential gateway to the popular holiday island of Gran Canaria.
LPA offers passengers plenty of modern amenities and facilities, which include a wide range of shopping options, a broad selection of outlets for food and drinks, and all the essential financial services that you would expect at an international airport.

There are information desks situated on Level 1 of all three airport zones. Airport staff speak good English and are trained to deal with a wide range of queries and problems. Shops, Duty-Free and Retail Outlets
There are duty-free outlets located beyond security in the Departures areas, while elsewhere there is a large selection of shops selling all manner of products. Essentials such as books, newspapers and confectionery are available, while luxury goods include perfumes, alcohol, tobacco, jewellery, sporting goods and clothing.
Bars, Cafés and Restaurants
For dining and refreshments, passengers will find a total of 13 outlets spread across zones A, B and C. Cafés such as Caffé Select, Cafétería Tirma and Cafétería Sabina offer light meals and snacks, while the Carlsberg bar concession offers beer and other alcoholic drinks.
Currency Exchange, Communications and Banking Facilities
Bureaux de change are located in the EU Arrivals Hall and also on the ground level of the Check-in Hall. A bank is situated on the ground level of Zone A. ATMs can be found in all three zones, while a post office is situated in the International Arrivals Hall.
Business and Conference Facilities
The Galdós VIP Lounge in Zone A and the Aena VIP lounges in zones B and C offer some business facilities, while a conference hall serving zones B and C is available, with space for 79 people.
Disabled Facilities
Standard amenities for passengers with special needs are on-hand at the airport. Wheelchair access is provided throughout, while disabled toilets and parking spaces are also available.
